How It Works

  • Clients typically secure their venue and date in advance. Reach out to us with your event details, and we’ll confirm our availability to bring our tattoo pop-up experience to you. We’ll work with your schedule to ensure the process is seamless and stress-free.

  • Prior to your event, we provide a curated selection of designs for you and your guests to choose from. We can also create a custom design sheet exclusively for your event! This ensures a spontaneous and stress-free tattoo experience on the day of the event, while still keeping the designs cohesive with the theme and tone of your celebration.

  • On the day of your event, we arrive at the venue with everything needed to provide an exceptional tattoo experience. Our artists transform the chosen designs into beautiful, custom tattoos, in a refined and welcoming setting. We pride ourselves on creating a relaxed, professional atmosphere that makes everyone feel comfortable—whether it’s their first tattoo or their tenth.

  • Once the tattoos are complete, we discuss personalized aftercare instructions to ensure your new ink heals well. Our team is always available for any follow-up questions or support you may need post-event, ensuring that your experience is smooth from start to finish.

We bring everything necessary for a smooth tattoo session—we handle the details, so you can focus on having fun. Here are some important venue guidelines and answers to common questions:

  • Yes! We love outdoor events. To be safe, please contact us in advance to ensure comfort and convenience for you and your guests.

  • Every venue is different, and we are flexible. If access is challenging, we may charge a small additional fee to accommodate the setup, though this is rare.

  • Each venue varies, but we adhere to strict health codes. Once we receive approval from the venue, we require a spacious, low-traffic environment to ensure safety and comfort during tattoo sessions.

  • We require approximately 10x10 ft for 2 artists and 10x15 ft for 3 artists, depending on the size of your event. These dimensions may vary based on the event type.

  • We are experienced in working with destination events and travel. We’ll work with you to discuss the details, calculate travel expenses, and ensure the venue setup is optimal for a smooth tattoo experience.
